I spoke to John McDonough, founder of Recro Consulting, which works to help young people who have been unemployed get into the working world. Whilst this is clearly an issue that will be high on the political agenda in the next couple of years, there are so many different ways to deal with it – here at Think Productive UK we are very keen to do our bit, and to work with organisations like John’s to offer our time management workshops and email training courses to help give young people the basic skills they need as well as the encouragement and confidence to love their work! We recently did this with some unemployed young mums and it was a great learning experience for all concerned!
