Don’t Sleep In!

If I offered you an extra hour each day, how would you spend it? If you’re anything like me, you may be tempted to spend it wrapped up in your duvet each morning. But I’m here to try and convince you to spend that extra hour in a more productive way. As much as we regularly remind you to get enough sleep, at Think Productive we also believe that everyone should do activities which they enjoy and which improve their skills, preferably Productivity Ninja skills, of course. This activity is entirely up to you, whether it be reading, cooking or simply getting out of the house and taking a stroll. The truth is that the majority of us could find an extra hour each day if we acted more productively. Think of all that time you spend in bed scrolling through social media? Why not spend that time on improving yourself instead?

The team over at Expert Home Tips created the following Infographic on five awesome things you can do with your extra hour. Whether it be in the form of de-stressing or increasing morale, setting aside time each day to develop your talents and do something you enjoy, will benefit you greatly.

Even if the below activities don’t sound like something you’d enjoy, how about re-shuffling your morning routine, having a big breakfast, or even spending an extra hour in the morning looking at exciting Time Management Workshops you could be attending in the future.
