Caffeine. For the majority of us, it’s a must in order to get moving each morning. A tool almost, which provides a much-needed boost of energy that wakes us up and prepares us for the day ahead. Here at Think Productive we are rather guilty of enjoying a cup, or several, throughout the day. However, with productivity in mind, does our guilty pleasure actually improve our working ability?
The consensus among our Productivity Ninjas is that daily caffeine should supplement a productive ethos rather than encourage it. We believe that you should first distinguish the direction you’re working towards, then if required, make yourself a hot cup of coffee to help. Try following this simple mantra; work smart, drink smart.
The team over at Tollfree Forwarding have created an informative Infographic on the effects the magic brew has on our work ethic, and how we can fine tune our caffeine input for the most productive output. If you don’t get as much done as you want to, even after your third cup of coffee, maybe our Time Management Workshops can help you be more productive.
