Music and WHY I need to focus.

Exercise, breathe, clean environment and fun people.

What’s your email regime?

Not a good one. I open emails and then don’t take immediate action with all of them. Work in progress.

What’s your favourite way to take a break in the middle of the day?

Walk outside and get fresh air.

Deadlines.
