No reasonable person enjoys conflict. Those that claim to revel in it are either lying or simply not worth knowing. To do so implies some kind of inbuilt sense of joy at the misery of others. However, certain conflicts bring more productive outcomes than ignoring or denying conflict altogether. Festering conflict is a major cause of on-going stress, whereas a courageous conversation will bring about peace, a return to calm and hopefully in time, reconciliation and respect.
